potato pizza

pizza with potatoes and rosemary…looks carby wicked!!
recipe: leonoor ottink

slice a few potatoes very thinly, place them in a bowl.
sprinkle with olive oil, salt & pepper
and mix well to make sure that all the slices are covered with oil.
place the potato slices on the pizza base,
sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary,
a few slices parmigiano or pecorino, salt, pepper and olive oil.
bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes,
until potatoes are done and the crust is crisp
